working at a faster pace~

just recently, im working in my own restaurant and this one colleague of mine(quite old), show all the worst temper that she adore to me, making my life a living hell. im kind enough to keep quiet for 8 months and finally blurt out to my chef.
but all i ask is a change of my department and im relieved that my chef told me that i'll switch to the maki.
but to my surprise, my colleague was switched to the back kitchen whereas i still stayed at my sushi.
